Meeting Your NeedsDEAD

Handicap Parking
Handicapped parking spaces are available in the first parking lot on the left as you enter Cokesbury (directly in front of the former sanctuary). A walkway leading to the entrance of our new sanctuary is accessible from this parking lot.

Hearing Aid Devices
Cokesbury provides assicokested listening devices for our hearing impaired members and guests for use during our worship services. These devices allow you to sit anywhere you like in the sanctuary, while experiencing clear audio as if you were sitting on the front pew! We currently have four hearing aid devices available. Our ushers and greeters will be glad to assist you with these devices.

Large Print Hymnals and Bibles
Large print Hymnals and Bibles are now available for use in our sanctuary. Please see an usher or greeter, if you would like to use one of these large print resources.

First Aid Kits
Cokesbury has four First Aid Kits available for emergency health care needs, which are available in the Health Care Ministries Room, Nursery, Church Office, and Family Life Center.

CPR Trained and Certified Members Present at Every Worship Service
To ensure the safety of our members and guests, members trained and certified in CPR are present at our normal worship services and special services during seasonal times of the year.

Audio Tape Ministry
Audio cassette tapes of our 11:00 a.m. worship services are available for Cokesbury members. If anyone would like a copy, please speak with an usher or call the church office.

Health Equipment Loan Program
Cokesbury has a limited supply of health care equipment available for loan to our members and their family.

Communion Shut-In Team
Our Communion Shut-In Team serves communion elements to the sick and shut-ins on the first Sunday of each month. Please call the church office before noon by that Sunday.

Blood Pressure Clinic
Cokesbury offers a free blood pressure clinic every fourth Sunday from 9:45 a.m. until 10:05 a.m. in the Health Care Ministries Room.

Sitters
We offer sitters on an as-needed basis for our sick, hospitalized, and shut-in members.

Transportation Committee
Our Transportation Committee offers our members transportation to and from doctor appointments, outpatient treatments, or hospital family visits.

Prayer Warriors
If you have special needs for prayer, please fill out the “Prayer Request” cards available in the pew racks and place them in the offering plate, or go to the "Requests" page on our website and submit a prayer request. Our prayer warriors are in the prayer room every day praying for you with privilege.

Food Bank Ministry
Our Food Bank Ministry provides needed food for those in our church area, members and non-members, on the third Saturday of each month starting at 9:00 a.m.
